First let me say that I don't live at Clarendon Park, but I live at another Gray Clow Residential apartment in Phoenix. I have been very vocal about how bad that complex is. This is the first time I have stopped to read reviews of the other GC Residential apartments. I can most definitely see a pattern. The management obviously sucks and sucks hard. I call for a boycott of all GC properties. When I could no longer deal with my community manager, I contacted the main office. That was also a total waste of time. They were totally unresponsive. I can't wait to get out of my lease and in the meantime, I am warning prospective residents about how bad Gray Clow truly is. They couldn't care less about you once you sign a lease. I can guarantee that the staff is reading these reviews and posting the good ones. Don't live here!
