In terms of living conditions, Clarendon Park is quite average. The residents constantly leave the gates open as well as the shared garge doors. If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT BY THE POOL! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The grounds-keeper does not give this property the same attention he gives Andover Park. Trash is left to linger for days at a time. This complex is far from luxurious!!! However, the management staff has improved greatly since the former manager moved on.
