The Main Goal Is To Fill Apartments From: garygary Date posted: 9/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   No one seems to care about the quality or the character of the people living here. The deals that Clarendon Park/Grey Clow offers on rent obviously affords Phoenix's trailor trash & low lifes the opportunity to detroy yet another complex! I often refer to Clarendon Park as an "Open Gated Community"! The gates are constantly left open by residents who are too dumb to realize these gates are there for their OWN PROTECTION! I have also begun to notice that the property is not as well manicured as it once was. Just take a look at the shrubbery! They look as if they are growing by the side of a neglected road. The decorative rocks are often strewn about and beer cans are left on the ground. Mainly because there are not enough trash cans and because most of the residents are flithy pigs! The balconies are another eye sore! These classless residents, clutter their balconies and use them as storage rooms. I am so disgusted with this place, I CANNOT WAIT until my lease is done! Clarendon Park is on a fast and steady decline. If you want to go for the ride, sign a lease! If you to get your money's worth, live someplace else!
