If you value your safety, then this is the place to live! I've lived here for 14 months and I'm content. As a female, I feel secure walking around the complex at night.

The staff is excellent. You ask for maintenance and it's completed within 24-hours, plus the manager notifies you personally to see if you're satisfied.

I haven't heard of any car break-ins either. But, HEY we're in PHOENIX though and DOWNTOWN at that. But, it's a nice complex.

I'm satisfied!

I agree; the maintenance staff is excellent! Too bad they are not the ones managing the property. But, I must disagree on one point. This neighborhood isn't as safe as you proclaim. There have been several cars broken into in this area and I know of at least two people who were almost robbed while entering this complex. So, please be careful walking around here at night.
