this place has been taken over by some unknown group of ppl. i heard they used to manage property in WEST PHOENIX! i also heard they try and charge you for EVERYTHING WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!

the old manager the maintenance guy and gray clow are gone. i really liked them. maybe i should find them and rent wherever they are. :-(

the new ppl seem unprofessional and confused. FOR ALL OF YOU WHO WERE COMPLAINING --- if you thought this place was bad be4. wait til u see what happens next!

the rent is going 2 go WAY UP and service is going 2 go WAY DOWN. MARK MY WORDS! they already cut back on the number of days the leasing office is open.

plus the walls here are really thin and the appliances are old and ugly. the track lights are from the 70's. security gates are always open or broken. you have to share a gargage and everytime your neighbor leaves theirs open your car is exposed. there is a lot of noise here. i mean a LOT OF NOISE. oh, and remember those thin walls i mentioned earlier.

do yourself a favor and keep looking. you can do much much MUCH BETTER than this place. :-( BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Yeah, I think it's time to move too. Besides, this place isn't what it used to be. The restrooms in the clubhouse have not been cleaned since the old manager left and the equipment in the gym IS NEVER NEVER NEVER CLEANED! My advice: unless you want Staphylococcus aureus or MRSA, stay out of that flithy fitness center. :-(
