Is it me or is this new management team from some trailer park in outer space'

A few weeks ago, I actually saw an employee in the leasing office that looked like she needed an extended stay in rehab! Complete with dark circles around the eyes, bad teeth, flip flops, tattoos, dingy t-shirt, and ratty jeans. Who knows maybe Amy Winehouse works here now'

Which leads me to another issue that's been on my mind. Why in the heck would a PROPERTY MANAGER send out a newsletter calling her coworker, ANOTHER WOMAN, her office wife' Not that there is anything wrong with an alternative lifestyle, but what kind of PROFESSIONAL would write something like that and send it to the residents' Dear God!

These folks seem to think that we give a rats behind about misspelled newsletters, purple refrigerator magnets, dumb ass myspace pages, stupid resident socials, and the fact that they stopped the water bill. (rolling my eyes) Duh! Yeah... Right!

Maybe some of this stupidity would be kind of cute if weren't for the fact that the rent has hit the roof; we cannot get simple things fixed in our apartments; noise complaints are never addressed; the pool smells like household bleach; cars are being broken into because residents leave garage doors open and management won't enforce the terms of our lease; the cleaning staff uses the SAME rags to wipe down (NOT CLEAN) the clubhouse bathrooms AND THE FITNESS CENTER (YES - IN THAT ORDER); and management seems likes it's two letters short of a GED.

Most of the people who live here are intelligent professional people. We are used to a certain level of service. We are used to excellent, PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable customer service. We have no patience for uneducated fools who are IGNORANT OF LANDLORD TENANT LAWS and can't keep their lies straight, or get the job done right!

Lately, I find myself wishing the new owners would get back on the same space shuttle they rode in on. Either way - I'm out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes its crazy here these days. Noting is the same. Service is so bad now. I really miss the old office staff.
