CP iz now OWNED AND OPERATED by nit wits - liars - and goons! if eye had known dis place wuz being sold 2 da adams family, eye would have never renewed my FN lease! eye have never seen a bigger bunch of BRAIN-DEAD PEAS - on 1 plate - in my life!

CP NOW LOOKS LIKE ANY GHETTO USA - da clubhouse restroomz ain't seen paper towelz or a good cleaning since moses parted the red sea - THE FITNESS CENTER CARPET LOOKS LIKE A PETRI DISH!
nothing in people's apts iz getting fixed anymore - MOLD - STOPPED UP TUBS - BROKEN APPLIANCES - PEST - FAULTY AC's - BROKEN GATES - TRASH ON THE GROUND - DOG SHYT ON THE STAIRS - YOU NAME AND CP HAS GOT IT!!!!
eye have talked 2 a BUNCH of my neighbors & they ALL feel da same way - DISGUSTED!
SERVICE HERE SUCKS - eye have 2 call everyday to get the smallest shyt done & when they finally get 2 it - WEEKS LATER - it ain't done right! so u have 2 start all over again!
eye told deez goons my ac and my fridge were on the fritz a month ago & NOTHING has been done! eye asked 4 a new ac filter 2 months AGO & eye am still waiting 4 it! guess eye will have 2 buy my own!
AZ IF ALL DIS OTHER CRAP WASN'T ENUFF - WOMEN SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE
u could be risking ur FRIGGIN' LIFE n dis piss hole. if eye come home @ night - eye have 2 ask my husband 2 meet me downstairs becuz ALL da lights r out in the parking lot & sometimes they don't come on until 9 or 10 pm - LONG AFTER IT GETS DARK!
not 2 mention dat da garage doorz r ALWAYS friggin' WIDE OPEN! CP's parking lots and garages r da perfect place for criminals 2 hide! eye think deez people want some1 2 get RAPED OR KILLED HERE!
eye have never been so turned off - so quickly - n all my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved here a couple of years ago. I thought it was nice then. Now I am not so sure. When I heard the property had been sold, I really hoped for the best. I think I was hoping against hope. :-(
