Please note that I am a fairly private person, quiet, patient, and not one to normally complain. Lived here for several years. Nice place up until the last year or so after the new management took over for a private group of out of state owners. Recent events have added up, and I will not be signing a new lease.

Management is unresponsive to issues. The young woman who I usually see in the front office has often closed up early due to an "emergency", or gone home "sick" sometimes following a holiday. On one occasion, she began to tell me about personal issues between her and her husband that I didn't ask about and had nothing to do with the conversation I'd been having with her. I felt this was unprofessional.

Have tried several times to get her or other people on the staff to put my lat name and a code into the call box on the north gate for visitors / take out delivery. It has yet to happen. Excuses every time. I have not been notified of time-sensitive materials for work that were delivered to the front office when I was not home that they signed for.

Some neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. The so called courtesy patrol that replaced a third-party contracted by the old management is nothing more than a retired cop or Fed with a beeper. He has never responded to any of my calls or pages. I also complained to the management about one neighbor who makes a lot of noise after 11pm, which is a violation of the rental agreement that I signed. They returned one of several phone calls, and never acted upon a complaint letter given to the offending tenant.

Have had to call police on one or two occasions due to loud parties during the middle of the week, and in one case, people who are not residents in the pool area who were trespassing and got in a fight (broken glass beer and liquor bottles everywhere) which must remain unlocked at all times for fire code reasons.

Maintenance could be much better. I feel the pool and grounds are not kept as nice as they used to be, as I believe the old groundskeeping crew was also replaced. As of this writing, the heated pool and hot tub are ice cold. I've gone to use the hot tub several times prior, and could smell straight household bleach having been poured into it. I've had work requests "lost" when asking for a simple air filter. Several neighbors have had things stolen from their cars due to malfunctioning garage doors.

You'll find a better deal elsewhere if you spend a little more money.

Everyone in the front office needs to be tested for illegal substances! I used to think they were just DUMB, now I think they're DUMB and on drugs, too! The "Investment Manager" is the biggest fvck-up I have ever encountered! She's a pathological liar with all the manners of an alcoholic cockroach! If it weren't for the smell, she couldn't find her own ass!
