I loved living at Clarendon Park. The studio I had was bigger than any I have ever lived in, the kitchen had nice appliances and there is a washer and dryer! All of this for a very reasonable price and it is located within walking distance from my work. When I was forced to move out due to financial reasons, the staff and owner were very understanding and allowed me to break my lease without paying the penalties. I think it is awesome that they are willing to help someone out who is having tough times, and I would definitely live there again.
