What attracted me to Clarendon Park over 3 years ago was the management and well-kept property. I also felt welcomed the minute I walked in the front office. HOWEVER, now that this property is under new management, it has and is a "white trash" ghetto (this includes all races). The place is disgusting, not maintained anymore and the management is the worst in terms of customer service. I have moved out and happily I must say. The type of people that have been allowed to move in are down right scary and rude. Basically, the place is a slum, drug-infested pigsty. If you want to live among druggies, rude people who allow dogs to do "whatever they want outside", residents who drop beer cans and cigarette butts anywhere they want, play loud music all hours of the night and have their "homies" move in too, then rent here.

I am so happy that I have left. If you want to live among pigs, then rent here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. The manager here is a slumlord, plain & simple. Obviously, there are no credit checks, she just wants "warm bodies" to fill this place up. It is very sad to see how the property has deteriorated so quickly. Stay away!
