I am tired of this place when it comes to customer service for tenants who live here like ME! Management is a joke and far from realistic.I am going to say what I have to say because I can care less anymore and don't care what reaction they will get from reading this and I hope they do! I can't believe that they can't adjust to your working schedule when it comes to having you apartment inspected supposely by the Pest control or Termite control people. I recently asked my management if they can come at a certain time because my boyfriend works graveyard and gets home around 8:30am and sleeps from that time until 5 or 6pm. And guess what he responded?? YOU WON"T BELIEVE IT! He said Quote, "Well, they will have to go in and interrupt his sleep so they can get it done." OH WOW! Very unprofessional from their part!. He said the termite people have their schedule from 9am til 5pm. ARE YOU SERIOULY??? In every apartment that I have lived in, they adjust to your schedule no matter what! So what would happen if I was the one working graveyard (being a woman), and happen to come home while I am taking a shower then be naked without knowing they are in my studio. Not pleasant, right? Yeah,exactly what I mean. I even try to tell them to come on a specific day and time and they still didn't give me that option. I don't think its a termite issue, I think they are doing this to inspect you apartment for anything that you might be hiding. I don't understand why is it so difficult for them to adjust and respect your schedule. My boyfriend isn't happy at all on how they are handling this and I hope if they do come in while my boyfriendd sleeps, my boyfriend will give them something to talk about for WEEKS!!!! Its sounds like they say, "It is what it is, Period." People, Peoples, Peoples..if they can't respect the fact that you work graveyard and you have to sleep in the daytime or giving them options on the days they can come in, then obviously, this is a place you can't rely on not even when you want to be heard and their NOT LISTENING!!! With this, I hope one day they do lose business because of how ignorants they are to YOU!
