Good Price & Nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Nice courtyard with Pinetrees and well maintained. Must have changed management/owners since poor reviews. Well kept grounds, covered parking. Apt. I rent is brand new, very nice. Covered parking. Only disapointment is questionable tenants and they seem to move in and out often. In a year only know of one car break in, otherwise as safe as any other area.
