it IS bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've read the previous reviews and I agree with the majority; the aparments are in fact too small, it is too expensive and the office staff can be better. I don't think people write bad reviews just to write them, I mean, people can do something better with their time. I think former and current residents take the time to write these reviews to give the public a "heads up" due to what they've learned from personal experience. I regret not looking at reviews before signing a lease. It looked gorgeous from the outside but after a few months of dealing with bad neighbors, maintenance and office staff, I feel that it's not worth my hard earned money at all.
