mediocre From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The staff is very courtesy and pleasant... but more disorganized that you'd believe possible. Get everything in writing. They lose paperwork, make mistakes about leases and don't follow through on requests. The apartments are very quiet due to the thick walls. I never heard my neighbor. That's definitely a plus. There is a slight roach problem, but it is not such that you are overrun. Be aware that this is an older community. The apartements do have wear and tear.
