no a/c only "chiller" system, "chiller" was out for 11 days in May, no credits offered, no credits or concessions given when asked for. gas, water and electric bill - i was gone for 3 weeks only to come back to over $110 in charges, when i called, was told that they split up the the usuage amongst their tenants whether or not you use the electricity, gas or water there is no way to figure out what each apartment uses. that also goes for the carpet cleaners that use the water, we end up paying to have someone elses carpets cleaned when that should be a charge the apartment complex should absorb. sewage system backs up into ground floor bath tubs and floods outside walkway with what looks like raw sewage. my neighbors and i experience the same thing with using buckets to toss the backed up water out the front doors. sewage smells coming through the apartment vents around 9 at night, you can also smell whatever is being cooked in someone else's apt, it comes directly in through the shared vents. mosquitos are a problem that come through the vents that you can't close. not uncommon to see large cockroaches wandering the grounds in the morning.
