I moved out after a second year of living here. They wanted to increase my rent stating that many improvements were to be made.
The big problem I had with my second experience was the chiller or ventallation system. Someone was painting in their apartment using spray paint. I could hear the paint coming out of the can, but did not think the smell could affect my apartment. When I came home in the evening, the smell was so bad that I had to leave for a few hours after opening all my windows. I had dinner and came back four hours latter. I swear that if I had a small dog, cat, or any kind of other animal that it's health would of been seriously affected.
The last problem was that my parking spot was changed the 4th time and I only lived there four months. I never did feel welcomed in this large complex with over 400 units. It's operated by a large firm and the personal service is missing. Expect to be treated like a number. A plus is the location and cheap rent. You do get what you pay for!!
