Most people go on this site to talk about a bad experience they had and rarely about the good qualities the place has to offer. Colonnade Gardens is actually a nice place to live, I lived at colonnade for 1 year and it was a pleasant experience, maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues in the apt, office staff very friendly and helpful, ground are always kept up considering its an older apt community, the only reason i left is because I bought a home. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live i suggest Colonnade Gardens.

You must be blind and/or deaf, with no sense of smell. Yes, the surface issues aren't too bad: the grounds are well kept and maintenance are quick to arrive. However, have a big problem and they will try to fix it the cheapest way they can - which often means it truly isn't fixed properly. And, yes, the office staff are mostly friendly - but they won't go out of their way to get problems fixed either. Unless you absolutely have to live in the area for work because you don't have a car, look somewhere else. There are ample places offering great deals - and with more modern facilities. I left this place and got a newer apartment only a few miles away. It is 200 square feet larger, has washer/dryer in the apartment (not just the hook-ups, but the actual washer & dryer), management who actually listen AND get things fixed, and the neighborhood is quieter.
