UGH!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses   Many people, as I've read their reviews, all generally have the same gripe. I agree with them! I too have a unit with an oven temperature bedroom, and an icy cold living room. We have 3 fans on at ALL TIMES in the bedroom and yet it NEVER COOLS OFF! There really is animal feces EVERYWHERE that does NOT get picked up, the parking IS rediculous, there are NO SECURITY GAURDS despite what they claim, the laundry room had a busted door knob for MONTHS so ANYONE and EVERYONE had key-less access(oh goody), tenants do not watch the MONSTERS they call their children and let them run wild and unattended, I've HEARD and SEEN multiple tenants leave their dogs on their patios for hours while they howl, bark, and whine, the lease DOES state that late fees for non-payment of rent do not begin to accrue until the 3rd of the month, and management tries to say it's effective as of the 2nd. READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY, They are WROOOOOOOONG!!!!!!!!! Management has changed recently (and only partially) and I can say this...I've not had any issues with the new...YET! I do not reccomend living here, I would never refer anyone, and frankly, it's too expensive. You always hear people say: "You get what you pay for". Well...if all this is what I get for my hard earned money, I'd rather live in a cardboard box!
