You must be posting under the wrong Copper Palms. The Copper Palms on Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix is a crime infested, drug infested, paper thin constructed property that is managed under a communistic idealist whom is comparable to Hitler himself. If you were posting under the right property, the first thing you would have experienced would have been a great big nasty sticker on your U-haul for parking next to the curb to unload.
This property is hell on earth due to the management and extremely poor construction on the buildings themselves.
If you are thinking of moving in to Copper Palms on Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix Arizona, Read the reviews and think twice. You don't need the kind of grief you are sure to endure by moving in to Copper Palms.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE INTO HELL!
