Value your vehicle' Dont move here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We've lived here 9 months. My car was broken into and our motorcycle was stolen. Keep in mind the trailer park next to us. There's alot of shady things that go on at night in this apt complex but little can be done when the security only works fri, sat and sun. I guess they think crime only takes place on the weekend.I urge anyone who is thinking of leasing here to go to phx police dept and check out the crime stats for this apartment, the numbers should speak for themselves.
