I suspect the great reviews are being written by associates/staff!! Any unsuspecting person moving in thinks the place is great. At first. Over time, what you will observe is the place rents to unsavory characters who break every rule in a lease. From drug dealing to dogs and diapers in the pool, to car break-ins (the garages are not secure either!)and items stolen right off your porch. Loud voices echo in the courtyard from people arguing at all hours. Scorpions, the small nasty ones (even crawling through the a/c ducts). Kitchens and baths are outdated. The outside is kept up to lure you in. The spa is out of order for weeks at a time (jets,temperature, cleanliness). No matter how many managers have taken over (4 during my stint). it's run by layers of disfunctional upper management who really don't care about the little people (aka tenants). The trend for years has been towards lower standards that simply have driven out 'normal' people who really desire a safe, quiet environment to live in. Rent increases are more due to poor management that eventually drive out the tenants who pay their rent on time and who respect their neighbors. So future renters beware, red flags are: too many out of state and/or expired plates, unkept patios, trash outside dumpsters...

im not a member of the staff... aparently you had a bad experience here, and you seem more like a party pooper. so im glad your gone.

i lived there for 9 mths and the management sucks! the neighbours are nosy especially in building 1 and audrey steals rent money. watch out she is a drugie big time, not qualified for that position.lol

Are you kidding ? I am not part of the staff either and you are scary -to accuse people of stealing and doing drugs is a crime.I happen to know have know Audrey for years and I asure you she not does not steal or do any drugs.
