do not ever move here From: gr33n3y3s Date posted: 8/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived in these apartments for a long time and my lease is up soon thank god they have changed owners and the new people that own it now could give a care less about the pople in that live here in my apartment there are kids 3 and the ac went out in the april and they did not fix it they kept given me the run around in june they gave us a diff unit because they said they could not fix it well geuss what that unit had ac for 2 days and it went out along with the power and the sewer lines where backing up the tub had paint pealing off still not fixed and it is 8/25/06 i cant let the kids take a tub bath they have to take a shower the baby can chock on the paint. it took a week for the air to get fixed we had to run power to the fridge with a power cord to a diff out let that did not get fixed for 3 days and then when it did the outlet would light up and shock you if you pluged any thing in. that took 2 weeks to get fixed. the place was not in good shap when we got it the carpet is comeing apart every where. and the out side.... well lets just say watch where you walk!!!!!Well long story short DO NOT MOVE HERE
