Good experience so far... From: ohithere Date posted: 3/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Right after I moved in, Mark Taylor sold the community to another management company (Greystar I believe). I was rather worried about what kind of changes would occur to the property and such, so I went into the office to talk to them. Granted that the new staff don't know much about the property, they seemed rather eager to please and called me back with answers to all the questions that I asked. They seem rather helpful actually, we'll just have to see about the maintenance. I haven't had anything break on me yet, but I'm sure that something will happen sometime. I got a great move in special where they waived all non-refundable fees when I moved in. I'm not sure whether the new management is running the same deals and such. Parking can be hard for multiple tenants after dark. Each apartment comes with only one covered spot, so you might look into getting a garage. The community itself seems very welcoming and friendly. There's the mix of college students commuting to/from ASU and the young professional set as well. One of the pools is heated which is a major plus and overall, I love my new apartment and community. The two bedroom apartments have the best split floorplan that I've seen (each bedroom is separate and has its own bathroom connected to the room). The closets are huge and there's lots of storage space in my apartment. Actually, there were a few problems with my apartment when I moved in. First, my front door's lock wasn't put in correctly and as such would not lock correctly. In addition, some stray tan paint was on a white closet door in the second bedroom. They cleared it up in a couple days and everything's been well since then. I love it here, and am looking forward to the rest of my time here.
