Pros: All maintenance requests (fix kitchen sink leak, replace air filter, replace outside door light, replace oven light) were resolved within 24 hours. Nice property, courteous staff. Can get to downtown Tempe, Phoenix or Scottsdale in 10 minutes. 9-foot ceilings, big bathroom with great tub, walk-in closet, great layout where every inch of floorspace is useable and accessible. Free Starbucks in the office.

Cons: Parking is scarce when inviting company over, scary neighborhood nearby (directly west). Pool can be noisy some nights at 1AM but I sleep through anything. Price is high for only 600-sq-ft 1 bedroom (but the layout is so good I don't feel it's too small).

I've lived here a year and have nothing big to complain about.
