Courtyard at 24th

You don't want to live there!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Today we went to look at the apartment, because the pictures looked nice on the internet. Well, seems like they photographed a completely different place. The apartment gives you the distinctive feeling you walk into a cave! First of all the smell of pest control spray hits you as you walk in. That can't be good!!! The carpet looks like it's been there since the late 60's, same goes for the "newer" appliances and the bathrooms. The paint job was more than lousy, the kitchen cabinets were dark brown and not white like in the pictures with white wall paint splatters all over. An apartment should feel like home and not like a burden. Although all utillities are included the price is still too high. On their website they advertise it with 799$, when we got there we were told that the website is out of date and the price for a 2br/2bath is 899$, and then they still add tax, so the total would be 919.26$!!! Come on, for that money you get a descent apartment in Scottsdale!!! We hurried up to get out of there, fast, faster, as fast as we could. Do yourself a favor and don't move there!!!! As a matter of fact, don't even waste your time looking at it.
