I feel that the Courtyard apartments are mismanaged . In my case where repairs have been needed it's like pulling teeth to get the management get the job done . There were promises made by the manager (Francis)to have things repaired before I moved in (9/1/06) that where not repaired until 12/1/06 . I further belive Francis had personal problems with the Courtyards black tennants , once telling me personally that the only repairs that will be made were emergencies . Rencently I have been without water for four(4). Although I was informed that the water would be shut off for two days to replace the BOILER , I have been without water for an additional two days . There have been no attempt by management to inform me of any delays . I have attempted to call the Courtyards maintenance . No reply so far .

just so you know frances has not worked in the office since november so i think blasting her like that is not right look who we ended up with tamera who is never in the office.
