A little while back there where break in with no signs of forced entry. The break ins continued, then a women was rapped in her apartment. There was no sign of forced entry, but they found out why. All of the attics in the apartments are conected. A man was using it to go from one apartment to the other without anybody even considering that it was a possibility. They have not fixed the problem. So be aware that your attic is not just yours!!!

When I asked the maintenance supervisor about this particular problem, he stated it wasn't possible as we don't have attics. When I asked Apartmentratings.com they replied they have no legal obligation to the truth being posted.

OK, Yeah. There are no attics in this complex. And I have not heard of any girls being "rapped" (it's raped, dumbass) So I think this person must have a grudge against the company.

actually there was a girl raped at this complex a few years ago. As far as the attics I have not found one, but who's to say there wasn't at the time.

The residents don't have access to the atics they are for the maintenance team only. I know this because I lived there a few years ago when one of the buildings caught on fire due to a wire fire that started in the attic, the person inside the burning apartment couldn't even tell it was on fire because none of the smoke or flames were actually in the apartment. Also, wire fire spread quickly to all the other apartments in the building through the attic.
