Stay away horrible place!!!!!! From: electra333 Date posted: 7/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I have never been treated so horribly by an apartment complex or office staff until here. We have delt with the drugs the parties the theft the insects and it has all been reported on several occasions to the police and management. I will never rent from aimco again! If this is what tenents have to put up with I don't know how they can stay in business. And now they are trying to overcharge for this dump. Spend your money elsewhere at a safer cleaner place.
