This place is Ok and would rate 2.5 of 5.0. For the price you pay as rent here I guess it is accepable to have some problems. The biggest problem I saw here was the roaches...There are tons of em and every corner of my house. I walk into my home and see a ton of small roaches trying to run back under the sink, under the refrigrator, under the oven etc etc..Washers and Dryers are common and are not that great and does not clean the clothes..probably its no point putting any liquid detergent in it..Office staff are good, but they cannot do much to resolve these problems I guess as the community is quite old now. Trees here have some kind of a weird smell in winters and I hate to be staying in that smell
