My family lived here on a 10 month lease, and moved out one month early, still paying all rent owed. One month after we moved out we got a bogus letter indicating that they thought we owed them rent amongst other ridiculous charges. We sent a dispute letter -heard nothing and 4 months later received a collections letter for almost 200 dollars more than what Crystal Creek said we owed them. One of the bogus charges included drip pans which we NEVER had in the apartment to begin with and now they want to charge us for them'

I never felt safe here. They kept promising a gate that worked, and never fixed it. People who lived below us were doing drugs on a daily basis-the smell of weed would come up through the floor. Our balcony floor was falling apart, and the police were always asking if we had seen people that fit a certain description, talk about creepy. Staff had high turn over and no one ever gave you the same answer twice. I would never even consider living here again or recommend this place to anyone.
