It's alright for the price

I have been here since Aug. It's an older complex and some are remodeled and some aren't. Mine was cheaper since it wasn't redone. New management took over shortly after I got here and now prices are definitely getting higher. Parking is terrible when you live towards the front of the complex, i always see tons of open stuff at the back. There is covered parking for a cost and they put you on a long waiting list. My name got called about a month ago, I declined since I plan on moving. I guess I had a huge price cut so to renew will cost tons more and pet rent went from $15/month to $25/month. I'm leaving for more space and somewhere for my daughter to have space to roam. The apartments here have just gravel in between buildings and a tiny grassy courtyard at the back. The pool is nice, usually kept up well, although one month last year it started to turn green, but it was fixed within a week. They seem to be trying to turn it around, I see a lot of landscapers out. The apartments themselves aren't bad, just weird layouts. Kitchen is so tiny when I open the fridge it turns off the dishwasher. Overall not a bad palce, I've never had problems with management (old or new). It was very quiet when I first moved in, but I think that always changes depending on who moves in. It sometimes gets a little noisy on weekends.
