I lived in this place for about 6 months and payed $3,000 to get out of my lease and it was worth it. The police raided two apartments in my building! the first months i was there... There were police lights driving through the apartments non-stop... the crime was so bad they posted notices on the doors saying lock your doors etc because there is soooo many accounts of break ins robberies attachs etc... Even first hand account my friends got jumped and robbed walking 100 yards to his car. The poeple that lived across from me openly sold cocain. The poeple below me had probably 30 poeple living with them and had someone kick out their window durring a fight. The MMI students and rome the area are CRAZY there is dirtbikes and ---- running all day and night fights allllll the time.... This place is a war zone... I could keep going but the stories are endless. the 3000$ to leave was well worth it. the entire six months i lived there i never had a working dishwasher either. ALl in all horable horable place dont be fooled by their employees posting positive comments on here. its a hokes... and to go over the staff i think they like someone who for legal reason doesnt qualify to live there get a place... he lived somewhere in my building and saw that i had girls over and was yelling things at them as they walked to my place and then later that night... hammered drunk comes pounding on my door and yelling things trying to get them... i told the staff the next day and they laughed and the one girl was like ha ha i shouldnt have done all the stuff to get him in here if hes gunna cause problems and said she would talk to him... but nothing changed. This place is crazy... crazy like the movies crazy... crazy like looking out your peep hole at 2 AM to see a bunch of police charging up the stairs and yelling "this is the police" and busting into the apartment down the hall... If you down the danger and excitement go for it... but if you have family or kids or care for your safety at all... dont go here...
