Old, used up, and poorly managed! LOOK ELSEWHERE

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Plan to wake up early (7 AM) on Tuesday...that's when the grounds crew start their blowers and other noisemakers...the noise goes on for several hours. Don't expect to get too much from management, either, except for arguments telling you that 'its supposed to leak like that', or 'all of the apartments are like that...it's the architects fault!!! Old appliances in need of repair, bad plumbing, pigeon problems sour attitude expressed by management toward the complexe's owner and tenants, all topped off with a poor customer service track-record.
