If you decide to live here - be a smoker. The next propert I move to will be smoke-free. Think about it - I don't smoke but inhale my inconsiderate neigbors smoke constantly. WTF' We have the right to quiet enjoyment. Anyone who sits around their balacony puffing on a cigarette has some serious issues. They are going to die soon and that's their choice. Oh well, I can place whatever smells I wish to on my balcony and there is nothing they can do about it. Dog crap all over the property and bunch of 30k millionaires. Choking smoker dont you think the joker laughs at you. Ha ha ha hee hee hee. Not to mention scorpions.

Staff sucks when it comes to complaints of smoking. I understand there are lawsuits pending in other states.
