I've been living at Desert Club for six months now and don't have any complaints. I've read the two other comments and don't really understand them. I haven't ever been bothered by any noise from "partying" tenants nor have I been able to hear a conversation through the walls. So, we must be living on different sides of this complex. And, the one problem I did have was fixed that very same day! I really like living here. The grounds are kept up well, the workout room is great, the pool is great. The parking is a little annoying, they should have thought about that a little more. Besides the one assigned covered, it's hard to find a spot sometimes, especially late at night on a Friday or Saturday. But, other than that, I love it. And would recommend it to anyone. There are a lot of younger people living here but being younger myself, I enjoy that.
