The management, leasing agents do not care. There is an array of issues with this complex. It is supposed to be a gated community but the gates do not work. I don't think that they will ever fix the gates which is the biggest issue with them. For a non-gated community, they are yet to give a good explanation for why the rent is so high. Buyer, beware!!!!
