I have lived here for 6 months now and a friend from out of state is moving into the complex. I was told of the negative reviews that were posted on this site and I had to respond.

It is funny how a few people can get so bitter that they want to write a negative review'

I have had nothing but great experiences. Yes for the first couple of months the gates were broken, but they are now securely gated at night, and the complex is about as safe as anything you will get in any apartment complex.

The pool is great - awesome trees and lounge chairs. Huge hot tub and bbq's everywhere.

The workout facility is great. Rather than having to spend money on an overpriced gym membership this gym has it all. I love the free weights and cardio eqpt.

I have lived in several apt complexes in Scottsdale and this is the best. Great kitchen and bathroom and I can never hear my neighbours.

I would highly suggest living at Desert Club, Take these negative reviews with a grain of salt!!

Good for you! I'm a resident here and though I agree this place is not that bad - you could get much better value for money elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional and rude and I'm from New York so you can imagine!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
