Rent is too High for a not so Nice Community!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am coming up on my year lease with Desert Club. I just received a notice that my rent is going up $200.00. This place has gone down. Light fixtures have no lights, main gate is broken, grounds look horrible, pool area is a dump, no club house to hold parties or get togethers with friend and family, gym is small and dumpy. There are many other complaints I can't think of because I am so upset.
