Since I have moved to AZ last July, this is the 3rd complex I have been in and by far the best as far as amenities go... My spacious two bedroom is wonderful! I have an awesome view of the mountains and rarely hear noise from other apts. The parking lot tends to get noisy if you ever have your windows open at night, lots of young adults all hrs. of the night. The pool is beautiful but it is not big enough for all of the tenants and on the weekends completely taken over by college age partiers that are loud and rude. I use the workout room everyday and love it my only complaint there is that 2 cardio machines have been out of service for the past 4 months. The maintenance staff is great and friendly but office staff, young, immature, unprofessional. They do not know how to handle issues. The only complaint in the unit itself are the small and cheaply made oven and freezer/refrig unit. For as nice as everything else is that is strange. Parking does suck! You only get one covered spot and I stress out everyday trying to find a free spot close to my unit. I love that they allow big dogs here. I feel that other dog owners should RESPECT the policy and PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG! I love my dog but that is gross! If you are looking for the N. Scottsdale area and a nice complex, this is highly recommended, especially if you are the owner of a big dog.
