I have lived in Scottsdale and Phoenix for over 10 years now and have lived at many apartments and condo's and have found Desert Club to be the best. I have lived here the longest because I like it here and its a great location. I use the fitness center about everyday day witch is right next to the office and its great because the staff is very sweet and always well dressed and attractive. At every other complex I have been at there was always a old rude manger but Jamie is excellent.

Jamie is great? HA! If she would stop smoking or even cut back on work time she might be able to handle some of her staff. Cheap labor doesn't run itself. When I moved out of Desert Club I received a huge bill for "pet damage" in my apartment. I never owned a pet. They claim they "pet treat" each apartment when residents move out. I've spoken with some people I know that clean carpets and they claim there is no way they would be able to clean that completely out of the carpet. Yet there it was a bill for a pet I never had. I went into the office and had to go round and round with this poor little office girl (obviously at the bottum of the totum pool) while Jamie sat in her office- listening. Finally after an hour or so goes by I ask to speak with a manager and she reluctantly agrees to talk to me. As if it wasn't going to go that far or that Jamie wouldn't have to be the one to handle the situation. Whatever! Not to mention the assistant manager April-- what a -----!
