Recently moved out of this place. The new management is terrible. There has been three or four different owners during the last four years. Every time there is a new owner things are getting worse. Trash bags outside most of the apartments. Dog poops all over the place. Filthy swimmingpool. Beer bottles and cans every whrere. Very noisy. Impossible to find a place around the pool during weekends (too many none guests drink heavily and make a lot of noise). Bad maintenace. They don't care about you any more as soon as they know that you are about to move out. Office staffs are so rude and unpleasant, specially Chris. Recently there have been some cases of brake-ins into residents cars and apartments too and it's getting worse.. Gates are out of order all the times(supposed to be a gated community). I would definitely warn any one concidering a move to this property.
It is absolutely not worth the money.
