I have lived in Desert Club Apartments for 1 year and 1/2. I have yet to meet a member of the staff that is friendly. Actually "rude" is the best word to describe the staff.

The community allows pets, but only has two (yes 2) dog bag stations, which NEVER have bags available. So no one picks up after their dogs, and I'm convinced they have NO maintenance staff employed to take care of the grounds. If you are thinking of moving here, just take a walk around the grassy area and catch a big long look at all the POOP!

They sell the community as gated, but the gate code has never changed in the 1 1/2 years I've lived here. The gates which go out to the streets do not lock, which is a security issue. The management staff will put letters on ALL the apartment doors (even the ones that are not rented) and leave them there for months. So if you travel, everyone in the community will know you are not home because your door is covered with magazines and letters (regarding all the current break-in s). And they wonder why all the break-ins are happening'

I would not recommend this community. It has been the worst community I have lived in.
