This place is just horrible. Let me list just a few of the problems:
1. Dog ---- ALL over the place, read the past reviews if you do not believe it, this is no joke.
2. Roving packs of drunk Scottsdale snobs who are just itching to either fight or vomit in the pool.
3. The staff are rude and constantly acting like adolescent spolied brats. Trying to speak with anyone in that office in an adult manner is like carrying on a conversation with one of the roving pack members listed above. They are INCAPABLE of acting even remotely professional.
4. The apartments are flimsy, you would find better construction in a third world slum.
5. There is on occasion, a lanscaper lady, who is like dealing with Adolph Hitler - if Hitler chained smoked 18 inch cigarettes. If you do move here - avoid this person at all costs.
Trust me folks - you would do better at a homeless shelter.

I just moved out of there after two years. I would have to agree the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Management is young and could careless of any suggestion or complaint that you may have. They are renting out apartments to trash now. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The grounds are unkept and dog ---- everywhere. Can't even take a nice walk at night without smelling dog crap everywhere.
Maintenance is terrible. Can't even believe they won't even replace a light outside of your front door for you. You have to beg/ask maintenace to sneak you a bulb since management has decided that it is the renters responsibility. Also, the lights in the kitchen, at least when I first moved in they would give you replacement bulbs now they won't. You pay way too much for rent for such poor grounds, maintenance and overall upkeep of the apartments.
I have to agree with you, living in a homeless shelter would be much better then this dump. I hope they go out of business.
