the review prior to this one is unbelievable. I seriously think he must of been one of the many pathetic waste of life $30k a year millionaires that lived here before getting evicted for too many bounced rent checks...this place is so nice. I think I have smelled dog crap around the place once. Everytime I see a dog owner walking their dog, they always pick up after them. I love the corporate suite that they rent out by the night, my parents have used it a couple times when they visit from the east coast. My only complaints are the staff, which are nice but def. a little snobby, and the pool gate that hasn't worked in the most of the 8 months I have lived here. Oh yeah, and the "sheriff" that locks the pool down at 9:30pm in the middle of the summer wtf' other than those small issues I have the best apartment you can get for the money; with tons of parking and a bunch of hot neighbors...

Once again, I know this could not have been written by someone who lives at this dump. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is the Absolute WORST apartment community that I have ever lived in. And your comment about the 30K mills. Okay look in a mirror. You are living in an overpriced apartment that is not even Scottsdale. I recently moved away from the Phoenix area and I will never move back. The place I live in now is the complete opposite. And I am sorry what exactly makes Phoenix worth more than other places? Nothing. I love my new place. The staff are awesome and the apartment is built 100% better. Half the price. I also make more money in TX and don't have to look at a bunch of nasty college dropouts getting wasted at the pool. Best decision I ever made was leaving AZ and the whole douchebag mentality that thrives there.

The reviewer is either an employee or one of the trailerpark trash tenants shilling for management.
