I just read the reviews and cant belive people feel so bad about this place! I have lived here for a while and feel it is the best apartment I have had in Phoenix. I love the kitchen, the upgrades are so nice compared to other apartments I have had. The granite, the fixtures and the countertops are higher in the bath. Staff has been good since day one. Never any problems, maintenance is always attended to right away. Grounds and gates always seem to be in good order. I like it here and plan to stay. I cant understand the previous bad reviews...they seem a bit exaggerated and extreme to me.
