Good price, but NOT worth the issues.

Hi there. I looked at this site before moving to DC, and figured it was a bunch of whiners. Not everyone is happy, right' WRONG. I've lived here for 6 mos now, and I'm counting down the next 6. I may even break my lease just to get out of here. I am not a whiner, in fact, I hardly complain anymore to the staff, because I'd be on the phone every day with something to complain about. #1 is the RIDICULOUSLY LOUD mustand that they allow to live here that comes in & out at least 4 times a day & everyone here knows who I'm talking about. Everyone hates it, yet, nothing is done. There alot of ridiculously loud cars here. I'm not sure who didn't get the memo that Fast & the Furious has been dead & buried for years. RIP losers. #2 would be that nearly 4 times a week I'm woken up around 3am from idiots getting home from the bar & continuing the party on their balcony. Yes- even week nights! This place is full of people who obviously don't have real jobs. You can also see this displayed at the usual pool party around 2pm when everyone rolls out of bed on the weekends. So, if you want to live here, plan on hitting the pool early, be gone by 1:30pm when the overly tattood smokers & beer guzzlers come rolling in with their beer coolers on wheels & grill out all day. Seriously- it's like a community for just out of college $30K millinaires or those who never went to college & work in the service industry. #3 is the Parking. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Whoever said there was tons of parking must live in the very back- that is the ONLY place there is extra. I, as well as my neighbors complain about having to park 3 buildings away when you get home after 7pm. It is not exaggerated- it is a nightly issue. Have fun carrying groceries 2 parking lots over & then 3 flights of stairs. Just inconvenient!
It's too bad, because they are nice apts for the price, and the location is great, but these kind of people ruin the whole atmosphere. It looks really nice, but its all an illusion. I'd pay a few hundred $ more & go to a real high quality apt complex.
