I live here with my roommate.. Here are some reasons not to live here. 1. you can hear everything. 2. it's really dusty, you get the dander from all the other units. 3. The office staff don't do anything they say they will. 4. Maintenance is rude and really doesn't help at all. 5. We have had people park in our parking spot, front office staff did nothing to help.. 6. The air conditioning only effects one half of the apartment.. 7. They don't care that people let their dog go to the bathroom everywhere and anywhere.. 8. We use to have security but now there is just a recording that say's if you have a problem call the police.. 9. the surrounding roads are used for drag racing pretty much every night.. 10. I can hear the people upstairs walking around all night, I can here the dog run from one end of the apartment to the other all night long. They throw parties all night long all the time.. When we ask the front office staff for any kind of help, we got nothing... I could go on forever.. let me put it this way, My roommate and I have been talking about breaking our lease a lot lately..The loss of money is not sounding so bad if you know what I mean.. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I am a resident here & I agree with every single thing theis post said! Especially the drag racing- WTF??? It is literally EVERY night. And you forgot one thing- the car alarms that go off constantly!

I am a current resident here and have never had ONE of these problems. My apt is also poolside, and not street facing...my only complaint is the pool heater hasn't worked in 3 months, and the hot tub is broken twice a week for 3 months...other than that, I love this place.
