Let's open this up with the positives. If you do not work nights, if you are completely deaf, and/ or if you are a scumbag, you will positively love Reminton Place, formerly the Sands.

This place has lowered its rent and the low-lifes are flooding in. After a feeble attempt to spruce the place up, and charge more rent, they now have gone the opposite direction. Fact, they advertise a $99 move-in, plus the rents went down 15%. But the problems are not with the people who live there (not yet).

This establishment should be sued for invasion of privacy. They are constantly working on something, disruptinging the peace, barging into apartments. Each project or work request must last weeks on end. So God help you if you make the mistake of giving them permission to enter (which they try and shove down your throat, and they usually just enter anyway). You will be waiting and wondering for weeks when that part will come in. Gee I better keep this place sparkling clean. I better go to my lovers place, I never know when the crackerjack staff at Remington is going to finally come in. But the noise generated by their constant painting and parking lots and apartment remodeling and the fire and it just goes on and on and on. Even on Sundays they have cable contractors running around. There is never a day when they are not making someone's life miserable.

Do not move in unless you are so very desperate. This place is sliding down and I mean quick. The long-timers are mostly gone and this place was about 25% occupied. So they finally gave up and dropped the credit requireemnts, prices and relaxed the pet standards. The walls are paper thin. And the closest major intersection is on AAA'es top-ten most dangerous in USA.

Serioulsy, if you don't get robbed or noised by the future scum-buckets there, you may die at 7th and Bell trying to get home.
