Who would move here in the first place' From: emricex@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998   Unless you are from out of town, or recieving Section 8, I have no idea why anyone would in their right minds move into the Sands. It is the butt of all North Phoenix apartment lore. I lived there for a summer with a friend, but I owned nothing of value and knew what I was getting into.
