There is very little quiet here. the kids run wild and I don't beleive any of them have parents. Even small kids are running around at 10:30 at night. the pre-teens and teens are everywhere. People play their music as loud as they want, as if I wanted to hear their brand of music, without any consideration for anyone else's peace. You can never use the spa in the summer, because some kid is always throwing rocks, dirt and other stuff in it. The pool is closed most of the time, this year is was closed most of September, due to filth in it. When I first moved in, the air did not work and I had to make 3 calls to get it fixed right. The oven did not work at all, the dishwasher only has cold water and the fridge has no seal around it and the roaches help them selves while in there. When I first moved in there was always someone parked in my nice reserved parking spot and I had to have people towed. of course after that, my car was vandalized and my license plate stolten. Much of the time the parking lot lights are out. I was told when I looked into these apartments that drugs would not be tolerated. What a Joke! Just walking around at night you could get a contact High. The laundry facilities are filthy, poorly kept and unsafe. They are also expensive costing a $1.25 for a wash load and $1.OO for dryer load. I cannot wait to get out of here in February.

Hmmm... knew somethign was up BOTH TIMES I concidered moving there, and something told me BOTH TIMES not to. I guess it was a blassing in disquize that things didn't work out the second time because I was surely planning on moving in the second time. BOTH times I went I noticed horrilble things. I could sense it, and I still remember the complaints that came in during the LITTLE TIME I was in the office looking over the lease, BOTH TIMES. Then once I came back with my credit check expenses and in the amount of time it took me to go by the nearby ghetto Food City store and return, the police managed to arrive and the story was someone tried to break in the laundry room in the short amount of time it took me to reach the store. I AM SOO GLAD THINGS DID NOT WORK OUT because I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE NOW! I'm also soo glad I stumbled across these ratings by accident, all because the number they had for these apartments in another website was NOT IN SERVICE! I can now go and throw my rental pricing booklet away..... don't even know why I saved it for so many months. I told my mom I was concidering livin near 27th ave and Bethany Home here in Phoenix, and the first thing she said was "I don't like that area". I guess it's true that parents really do just know what's best! I just might celebrate for NOT moving there!
